Withered Jaclyn

I believe this is the last of the Jaclyn's XD
So, here is withered Jaclyn!

Withered Jaclyn was actually part of Fredbear's Family Diner, with her own little area where she would play her chimes, and allow kids to play them as well. When the place was closed down and reopened as Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, she was put into Parts/Services. If you are wondering, YES. Withered Jaclyn is one of the big reasons Toy Jaclyn avoids parts/services and doesn't like the old ones.

Withered Jaclyn's chimes were almost completely scrapped because they were really old, so all that's left of the chime set are just two cracked chimes. Withered Jaclyn is out of the view of the camera in Parts/Services. She will only become active after Withered Chica has left, no specific night. Her mouth is also jammed in a permanent smile, and sometimes her voice box will accidently activate on its own, and she will say: "W-W-wwww-Want t-t-o pla-play my chi-chi-chimes?" the closer she gets, the louder this will become. Her colors used to be brighter, but have dulled from sitting in that room forever.

You'll know what Withered Jaclyn is active because you'll be able to hear the sound of broken chimes. After Withered Chica leaves, she will take the chicken's place, but she will be bending forward, her head turned to the camera with that eerie smile. After that, if you are still looking at the camera, the signal will interrupt while her chimes play, but only if you are looking at that camera, and only that camera will go dead. When the camera comes back, she will be wandering.

She she will go to party room 2, party room 3, game area, she will rarely visit kid's cove after Mangle has left, and she will come at you through that giant entrance way that is right in front of your face. When she gets in the room, she will be crouching on the ground behind the desk, peeking over it at you with that locked grin. The freddy mask trick will work on her, but only if you're lightning fast, otherwise she will pull it off and get you. Her jumpscare is her jumping up from her crouched position, and putting her bare hands on your shoulders, screaming, and moving in close, possibly to bite you. Her scream is slightly different though. Her scream consists of a heavily distorted "WANT TO PLAY MY CHIMES?"

Another thing to note is that if she is set to 20 A.I on night 7, she will also come at you via the left air vent as well as the giant entrance. There is also a rare chance that you will see Withered Jaclyn and Toy Jaclyn in party room 3, with Toy Jaclyn backed against the wall looking terrified, and Withered Jaclyn looking like she is gonna tear her blue replacement apart. 

Her personality is similar to the non-withered version of her, except she's just mean. She despises the newer models, but hates Toy Jaclyn the most. Withered Jaclyn is aggressive, will most likely do awful things for no reason, except for one thing...attention. She loves attention, especially negative attention for some reason.

Death minigame: S-E-A-R-C-H_F-O-R_U-S
This minigame can be triggered by being killed by Withered Jaclyn, or any of the other old ones. What happens is you play as Withered Jaclyn in parts/services, without any of the other withered animatronics there. You need the navigate the pizzeria as the words SEARCH FOR US is spelled out in the background. The new animatronics can be seen inactive in their normal places. Your goal is it get to the office. Upon entering the office through either the left air vent or the giant hallway, you can see all four of the other withered animatronics along with golden freddy who is in a corner, and what appears to be a dead person lying on the ground. You have to touch Freddy, who is in the center of the room. Upon touching him, children skeletons will appear in front of each one except for Golden Freddy. Then, the puppet will appear in the room behind you. You will be forced to turn and look at it, and then the game ends in the puppet's jumpscare, but it also can rarely end with withered Freddy's jumpscare.
